Westminster To Tower Bridge Quay Thames Cruise

Easy booking , clear directions sent so we knew exactly where to go, comfortable waiting area, wasn't clear that we would have to get off at Tower bridge & wait for return boat (we had booked the return from Westminster to Tower Bridge) so were initially a little worried that we would have to stay on til Greenwich - this needs to be clearer. Also return commentary was weird fur word tfe same as the outgoing commentary. Really good tour the guides are informative and clear however we paid for a tour including commentary so the very heavy handed asking for tips was off putting

To start with we weren't informed to get down after tower bridge and take a different boat to return, it was a last minute hassle as I enquired just before the boat leaves for the other destination. It was a small boat with 60% sitting was in the cabin where we got seat, and it was no fun at all. I was under the impression it would be a bigger boat with same amount of sitting upstairs in open as I had last time with a guided commentary.

The ticketing experience was very good and extremely simple. The Google directions were a bonus as we would otherwise have "missed the boat". It was an excellent way of getting a quick précis on the important landmarks near the Thames and a bit of history

We were supposed to take a tour from Westminster to Tower Bridge. However, the day before I received an email telling me it was not possible to get off the boat at Tower Bridge, so we had to get off the pier before. The tour lasted 20 minutes... The company offered a one-day unlimited access to boats but it was not helpful as we had planned our trip based on the original tour, and we didn't have time to take the boat a second time. When I booked the tour it was written audio guides were available but we didn't get any information about that. My mother doesn't speak English so she didn't understand the explanations. Speaking of explanations, when we entered the boat the guide said he was not a professional and could make mistakes... I think it is unprofessional. I paid to receive correct information. Finally, it is interesting to see London from the Thames, it gives a new look on the city.

Very uncomplicated "check-in", very funny and easy to listen to commentator. We saw a lot and really enjoyed the Thames trip. Thank you very much.

Welcoming and funny crew (amusing comments on the crossing in English). We did Westminster/Grenwitch, not bad weather but still very pleasant to do.

The whole trip is incredible and magnificent. I love the view of Thames River so much! Travelling on the ship and enjoy the view of Tower Bridge is exceptionally beautiful and relaxing on a sunny day.

We saw some of the sights of London that we hadn't seen before. Running commentary from the crew made for amusing listening

Good and swift response when buying my ticket. The boat ride was brilliant. The tour guide had the best sense of humour!!

The weather was surprisingly great, and there was enough space to sit on the upper deck. The commentary on the sights was really good and inlighting. All in all, we really enjoyed it.

The on board team were great 😊 funny anecdotes Even though we're no stranger to London, we still learned a few bits we'd never heard before!

My Daughter & I enjoyed our trip . It was very good & informative about local landmarks . We will definitely be back , probably when it is a little warmer though ha ha Thank you

The trip and guide were as expected and good but I had booked a return ticket to Tower bridge and back. When we had to get off at Tower bridge we were then told our return ship was going to be at least 30mins. We could not wait for that as we had to be elsewhere. I specifically book the 1 hour return as that fit into our day. We were very disappointed and then had to pay to transport back.

At no time did they ask for tickets. Neither when entering nor when leaving. Anyone could have gotten in without paying by simply standing in line with the other customers. We were in line for a long time. According to them for security, they did not allow anyone to leave their seats at any time, not even to take pictures. I have been on other similar cruises (Helsinki, Venice, etc.) and they did allow you to do so. Therefore, the user experience was not as satisfactory as it should be for the price paid, considering that you could have taken another "Taxi-Ship" for much less. The guided tour is commentary by the person who takes the boat. He is not bad, but he does not try to speak slowly (or more clearly) so that everyone understands him, since he only speaks in English (I had no problems, but there are people who did not understand anything).

The upper deck experience is amazing and this being my first visit to London I'm satisfied. The price is also very affordable.

This is my second time on the cruise. I am newish to London but always take my visitors here. It a very quick, easy, and cheap way to see alot of the attractions. Tour guide is hilarious. Consider bringing cash to tip him!

This tour was excellent getting the tickets to finding the point where the tour took off was all on the app which was easy to find when not from England. The commentary was excellent got some good facts and got some funny facts says as it is. The one I did not expect we had a round trip booked but we had to get off at the tower bridge and wait for another boat to come back and get us. If u had other plans u have to wait for a half a hour. We did get hot chocolate and go up to tower bridge so won't complain 😉

It was good, almost excellent the guy speaking was funny, it didn't take long to board, and the information that was said was good. My only gripe was the top deck seats got really uncomfortable after 10 minutes, obviously there's nothing to be done because of the weather but if the seats weren't completely flat or at least had padded covers it would of been excellent,
