Alcazar of Seville and Seville Cathedral & Giralda Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

The reason I am giving an alright is for the following:There were 2 couples, 3 of us had tickets to enter, my husband was denied due to error of guide or your agency, even though the name was there but mixed up with other man's name in our group even though we had the correct documentation and number of tickets that were purshaed and paid in advance. The guide did try to have guard let him in. The guard was adament that he would not ! My husband opted to stay out in order not to hold up the tour. It was disappointing that he could not join for the tour. Other than that I would have givien an awesome asit was great tour, great structures, history and experience was great and guide did make every effort to correct situation. Unfortunalely did not happen, for which I am checking to see if there is a possibiliey of reinburment. Thank youi

We avoided a huge line thanks to the purchase of the ticket in advance +guide, with children it would have been very tiring otherwise (there was a line even for entrances with tickets purchased in advance). The guide who took us to the cathedral was very welcoming and professional. We recommend ☺️

Superb experience Our guide Fernando is a great enthusiast and we were able to see this with all the history he told us. Thank you to him it was an exceptional experience and the places are sublime.

Please let me know the presentive & corrective measures put in place to avoid such recurrence. I have also used services of you competitors and an wow happy with their service level. Carmen was very good in explaining all the beauties of Seville.... She knows how to engage people with her enthusiasm. The guide Sergio was a little intimidated and agitated.... But by practicing a little in speaking Italian he will be very good too

Beautiful experience, Carmen, our guide, was great. A little tiring and the visit to the Giralda, which is done independently, a little too fast. At 3 p.m. we went up and at 3:30 p.m. we had an appointment to continue tour, you don't have time to go up that already you have to go down!

Grazie alla competenza professionale e alla chiarezza con cui la guida Elena ci spiegava le cose che vedevamo abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo pomeriggio e visitato posti molto belli. Avrei dedicato solo più tempo per la Giralda viste le persone che c'erano.

We really liked Lola our guide. She was well informed and we loved how she presented the History to us. I would love to take one of her tours again. She was really good and smart!

A guide in French, very expressive, very informative visits to the 3 monuments. Lots of explanations. Highly recommendable.

We bought a guided tour and the tour guide was just exceptional for both the Alcazar and Cathedral. She was most knowledgeable and the pace was just right, including the optional (which I took) climb up the cathedral tower. Both buildings were magnificent.

Foi excelente a visita. Os locais eram muito bonitos e o nosso guia, Héctor, deu muitas informações interessantes, demonstrando ter grande conhecimento da história da cidade.

Visita ben guidata, ragazza molto preparata. E 'stata molto esaudire e chiara nella sua esposizione. Le ore sono passate in fretta immergendoci nella storia della cattedrale e dell"Alcazar. Le guide in lingua italiana sono veramente difficili da trovare, ma questa ragazza è stata veramente brava
