Guided Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine with Hotel Transfers from Krakow

Pick up good from hotel to big bus and to salt mine. Guide good,only negative was big bus dropped us off far from the hotel so we waited for van pick up,never came. I contacted driver but he said he only does the morning pick up. Would be better if he told us.

Our driver arrived on time to collect us, but we waited for 2 other guests who were late (not his fault). At the mine we didn't have time to use the toilet before being send down on the tour. Tour was excellent but we emerged in a different place to where the driver was.

The tour guide was outstanding and the actual experience was superb but the transport was chaotic and we would recommend people find an alternative service.

From being picked up promptly and the journey to the saltmines,having the ticket and instructions of what to so ,everyone enjoyed it

The tour overall was interesting Our guide Marko had been humoresque , and knowledgeable The experience itself was a bit too crowdy, not everything was heard Only disadvantage that after visiting mines ,we hadn't free time to look for some souvenirs as our driver was waiting to get us back

My visit was fine but my visit time was changed from 11am to 9am. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Why let people select the time they want then change it? How do you know they haven't made other arrangements?

Amazing and not to be missed. Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and obviously loved the Salt Mine. Whole experience with headout was brilliant, company kept us informed about the trip on a regular basis. I have used the company to book more trips in Kraków and also for our holiday in the summer. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to book trips.

The salt mine tour was really good. Well worth visiting I will be recommending to friends and family. The tour guide was brilliant and made the tour more enjoyable.

At first I was only skeptical about the reservation because I wasn't getting any further directions, then the day before I was given all the directions, departure point, time and means of transportation, all accurate, upon arrival the guide picked us up and everything went well

the guide abandoned us in the middle of the tour, so we found ourselves lost in the city otherwise the driver was perfect

The Saltmine was amazing - Headout information was great - however our driver arrived over 20 minutes late to pick us up - which made us a little anxious

The ticket experience was brilliant as I also received text and emails the day before our tour confirming details of the date, time and location of pickup . I found this very reassuring. Pick up times were accurate. The guide was brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely book tours with you again.

Exceptional mine with a rich history. Beautifully decorated and unusual sculptures. However, if you as an organization advertise "hotel transfer", then it cannot be that I have to walk 20 minutes to a pick up point. Then I also expect to be picked up and dropped off at my hotel. I end up paying for that.

Overall it was great experience. Only issue I had, was that the driver didn't know English, so had some trouble in transalation.

Our driver Lukasz was excellent. Collected very close to our hotel, very good knowledge as he was local and had excellent English. The tour guide ewa at the venue was also very knowledgeable. The only small downside - I would have liked to know more about the miners from the site in their day to day lives and to remember some of the lost miners. Not many stories about the people who made all the tremendous works of art but lots of stories about famous people who have simply visited.

Guide was very good, knowledgeable and funny. Only slight complaint was miscommunication for transfer. Pick up time was changed twice (don't have a problem with) but when the time was changed so was the pick up point, driver was sent to the wrong pick up point causing us to set off a little late. Still made out your time though and overall still a good trip!

The meeting point and handling are well organized. Very friendly escort. Only the bus driver was still a little uncertain.

Pick up point could have been made clearer just by giving the name of the hotel we needed to be outside as pick wasn't able from Central Palace Where we were staying , driver was polite and spoke English would have liked more time though as we didn't get to go to museum or get something to eat after tour
