Acropolis Guided Tour with Entry Tickets

The guide was OK. However, it was not possible to ask any questions. The ticket very early at eight was postponed to a later time, which was not the point.

Well, we were lucky on the day, it being overcast, which was a god-sent... The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with the group. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our tour started 15 minutes late as we were waiting on late arrivals even though we were told the tour would start on time no matter what.

The guide was pleasant, passionate and clear in her explanations. We booked for the evening visit at 5:30 p.m., less crowded and less hot!

The tour was great, just a lot of information given with in a short time. Our guide talked quite fast at times and with the wind it was sometimes hard to keep up and understand him.

My tour guide, Vasiliki, was great. Very knowledgeable, funny and considerate - she always found stopping points in the shade and didn't try to overload us with too much information. She was an archaeologist and her passion shone through on the tour. I would give her 10 out of 10 stars. The downside was the meeting point, which was chaotic outside a busy frozen yoghurt shop. Despite arriving the recommended 15 mins early, I ended up standing in a very slow moving line for around 25 mins to be signed in and assigned to a guide. Lots of people were waiting and there was a slightly confused and frustrated atmosphere. I think this element could be improved and made more efficient fairly easily to the relief of the staff and customers alike.

Our guide was brilliant, incredibly knowledgable and easy to understand, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend.

The guide was excellent. The need to download the app in order to get tickets is not acceptable instead of sending the tickets

Natasha was an EXCELLENT guide. She made the whole experience come alive and was very knowledgeable, personable, and funny. She answered every question with ease. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and are so pleased that we chose to use Headout for our tour of the Acropolis.

Our tour guide, Aigli, was very knowledgable abd professional. She kept the tour moving and also stopped at appropriate times for rest and as well as sharing important historical information about Greece and the Acropolis. Additionally, our bus from the cruise ship was delayed which caused my wife and I to be a few minutes late to the meeting point, but the tour guide team quickly assisted us in getting to the tour before it was too late to join the tour!! Very pleased with everything!!

Except for a young man who was there when I arrived earlier and repeatedly told me they were closed without my asking, thus making me feel unwelcome, everyone else, manager, and ladies. In the staff, was nice and professional. Sofu, the guide has great personality and knowledge. I definitely will do it again.

The guide was very informative, he knew his history and had a realistic view on all the pieces stolen by the British. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Mark, Australia

The tour guide was excellent! She gave us a very thorough talk on the history of the Acropolis. She was also very considerate about our stops and making sure we had shade and a place to sit. It was an excellent tour, worth the money.

Our guide was great. Sadly we didn't get to the Acropolis for about an hour junk the tour as he stopped along the way to give us information. I was glad we didn't continue on to museum or we wouldn't have had much time to explore the Pantheon. Great tour company to use

Dora was very clear and informative of more than just the acropolis itself. She shared information of the surrounding areas. It started promptly and had an area to sit whilst we waited for all tourists. Didn't need to wait in a queue to go up the acropolis. We were provided with headsets so if we could never miss what Dora was saying even if struggling to get through another group.

The instructions and the pre mail to remind the scheduled time is clever. Also we loved our guide, she has clean English, gave valuable information also about daily life in Athens and also kindly warned us about the rules to follow ancient places.

We very so impressed by Stelios Kioumourtzidus, our guide. He knows all the facts - beyond that provided us with context and background. - and had the answers to all our questions. Impressive and very nice young man. THANK YOU, Stelios.
