Train Transfers: Heathrow Airport to/from London Paddington by Heathrow Express

The transport itself was perfect on the way there and back. However, on the outward journey, the first-class carriages were removed but we were directed to the regular carriages. On the return journey, it was OK. In any case, there's no advantage in paying extra for first-class travel.

It was not clear to me whether I needed to just show the bar code at the entry stiles or get a ticket out of a machine using your app on my phone. The staff at Heathrow didn't know about your app but I figured it out

Good way of to transfer. A bit of a wait for the lift at the airport, but we were patient. Just asked where they wait for first class. All good

It was an amazingly seamless ride from the Paddington Station to Heathrow Airport T2. I had pre-booked my ticket, so once I got to the platform by following the signs on the floor, I just needed to tap my e-ticket and get on the correct cabin (business first class). The cabin was clean and there were many seats available, so it was a comfortable 15mins ride.

The fastest and best connection to get from Heathrow to the city and back on the Heathrow Express without getting stuck in any traffic jams. However, it is advisable not to delete the email with the tickets, as my tickets for the return journey were suddenly no longer in the app. As I still had the email, I was able to load the tickets again.

It was not clear where to enter the Heathrow Express. Apparently we had to go to another terminal by train. There were no signs, I had to ask employees.

Ticketing: Awesome. Easy to order online, instant confirmation. It would have been an Awesome rating if some information about finding the Heathrow Express train was provided at tickeitng. I would definitely order it again next time going or returning from Heathrow. And I would recommend to others.

Apart from the long walk from the terminal it went well. Not much time to board though. Takes a bit of time when one is aged!

I bought my ticket on line and the process went very smoothly. I enjoyed my trip to Oaddington Starion on Heathrow Express.

I paid for first class and there is no first class on the he's th row express and no special line access - everyone went through the same way so feel this is false advertising to promote a class that doesn't exist and charge people more money for nothing

The train was clean and efficient I didn't even wait or anything it was a great experience. I was a bit confused locating it from the airport but the signs were mostly clear

Very practical, it enabled us to do a quick tour of London and then take the time to linger wherever we liked. Walking tours are very rewarding and allow you to discover London in a different way.

The train was fast , convenient, loved that their is a charging outlet on the cabin .... I was heading to Terminal 4 , wished I did not have to change the train .

A very efficient way to travel. The only thing I would say is that if you book it in the United States or different time zone, you should send a Reminders both time zone and the time zone that you're going to because our Reminders came quite late, often the next day.

Heathrow express First class iscmore than worth it! Not only thst the space on the train is great with complementary wi fi but Fast Track at Heathrow is brilliant addition.

The Heathrow express. I had to wait for 24 min for the next train - then I realized it was Sunday. After 24min, nothing feels express anymore, especially you see people getting on and off on the same platform for Elizabeth line while I was waiting for my Express train.

Relatively easy order execution. A more direct way of displaying the barcode without always having to download the PDF would be much welcome. When purchasing tickets for multiple passengers this is essential for the sake of avoiding mistakes

I didn't receive tickets on time. Also it really is not clear how to get access to the platforms without paying for Elizabeth line (which I did as well)

The ease and speed of the Express is just what you need prior to or, more importantly, after flying. A clean, fast, convenient journey.

Easy experience all the way thanks to the staff we found at the entrance and check in due to the fact that we are a 4 people family and one of my sons under 15 y.o. and the other has Down Syndrome so that those moments entering or exiting the platform are a little bit more stressing that for common people...Thanks!!
