Combo: 2- Day Venice ACTV Water Bus Pass + Venice Museum Pass with Fast-Track Tickets to Doge's Palace

Instant delivery of tickets, enabled us to skip a long queue to get in. Enjoyable and relaxed walk around the palace, its artworks, armery and prisons. We also went to the Marco Polo exhibit which was €2 per person to be paid on entrance (not advertised as extra) but well worth it, we really enjoyed it, very informative. Nice not to be rushed around and have time to enjoy at our own pace. Beautiful and historical visit.

The entrance layout was quite confusing. Pre booked tickets entered one way but had to go back to the standard queue to pay with card for the audio guide? May have been the language barrier but looking online that was also the advice. The audio guide was okay, it sounded like a Google translate robot voice so not the easiest to listen to, and also kept looping. The tour itself was okay, very beautiful but quite repetitive apart from the armoury and prison segments.

Great for getting around easily, but on some lines, the number of people should be limited. The vaporetto is so crowded it's dangerous.

The overall experience of the architecture and art was really good but it was the ceilings in particular that were spectacular. I felt bad passing by all the paintings but youd need days to take them all in. Our visit was a couple of hours but tbh I was ready to get out by then. Worth the visit for sure

The process went smoothly via the Internet At the machine, enter the number and the tickets were printed. Super fast.

The waiting time was not too long. The number of other visitors was limited. It was a very nice experience.

All in one travel pass made life so much easier hopping on and off different services. I'd of preferred an option to include transport to and from the airport too.

The guide was outstanding but unfortunately we had to wait for latecomers and therefore could not visit the Basilica. This is not fair.

Unfortunately, when we wanted to visit the Doge's Palace, there was a huge queue, so we decided to come early in the morning. We loved this visit, the building and everything it represents. We would have liked the audioguide to have included more details on the history of the Doge's Palace and a little less on the description of the paintings. The people who work there are extremely kind and patient.

A queue-cutting ticket is essential to avoid a long wait. The Doge's Palace is magnificent, a sight to behold!

It was easy to purchase & use. We travelled all over during our trip & this was, by far, the system with the best instructions for use.

The vaporetto was easy to use and always little wait. We were pleased that our ACTV pass also worked for the bus to the airport.

Doge palace was really good. The audio guide was not available but still well worth the money for skip the line. Got right in with the main line being very ling

Services were frequent and always in time. The staff was polite and happy to help. The website and the reservation message need to be upaded to avoid the misleading impression that passengers need to print out their card (they don't). Keep it short and simple, please!

The pass is easy to use. The vaporetto lines are well indicated and the stops are clear and easy to find.

As you stated we were able to skip the queues. My wife has recently hurt her leg and is using a stick to help her mobility. On arrival at the Palace the staff were v helpful and arranged entrance via a lift. Thanks.

It's not a ticket to cut through the long queue, but simply a ticket to enter the Doge's Palace.

It was horribly busy at the palace at the timewe arrived, fortunately we booked our tickets ahead, so we entered the palace very easily and almost without ''waiting-time''

Boat trips are a must for Venice. It allowed us to see most of the island. And the night trips are just magical.
