El tour es bueno solo que siento que necesitaba ser narrado con un poco más de detalle. Puse el canal en español y a ratos escuchaba portugués.La chica de los tickets muy amable, el primer conductor ni respondió el saludos!

The staff on board very amiable and knowledgeable, both routes (Madrid Antica and Madrid Moderna) allow you to see many important and beautiful sites. The different stops on the routes allow getting on and off the bus to walk around. I recommend it.

The experience was OK, but on Sunday the buses did not run and we had booked for Saturday and Sunday. So, 2 days paid for only 1 day of use.

So easy and a very relaxing overview of the wonderful city of Madrid! We took the full loop then used the bus to make on/off stops around town. Thank you!

Good information, audio worked well. There is room for improvement with the names of the corresponding stops - you can't make them out from a distance, you have to really look for them!

All OK, very nice to be able to get on and off the bus and to be able to do both historical and modern tour of Madrid. Really very nice staff. The only less positive note is due to traffic delays on the historic Madrid tour, but that is certainly not your fault.

I thought that I purchased the optional audio tour and when I got to the ticket station I was told that I had not. And I ended up having to pay for it again. That was not what I expected.

It is a simply incredible place, a unique museum. Objectively, it is really impossible to see it all in one go, but you do not leave disappointed but rather with the desire to return to relive the experience.

Do not wait in line. I was directed directly to the ticket office by one of the people who distributed the queues, to whom I previously showed the ticket.

Fantastic museum. Very high value for money, although Headout - as far as I remember - did us not offer the 65+ 50% discount we noticed at the ticket office of the museum itself.

Gut war die Rundfahrt durch die Stadt und die verschiedenen Tourenangebote. Nicht gut waren unter anderem die Audiokommentare. Diese waren zum Teil inhaltlich schwer verständlich, da viele Fachbegriffe verwendet wurden.

Esperienza positiva, ci sono due percorsi con lo stesso biglietto, a mio parere una cosa positiva, anche se la parte che viene definita Madrid storica è meno bello rispetto all'altro che propone la parte della città più lontana dal centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile, autobus puliti e molto frequenti nel corso della giornata. Grazie

There was no clear indication that we were supposed to get physical tickets to enter the museums and that the given QR was not enough. This caused us to take part in unnecessary waiting lines where at the end they would not let us enter

Wie bei allen Bustouren durch Großstädte, man bekam einen guten Überblick. Jedoch war es schwierig, anhand der Angaben für den ersten Zustieg die Haltestelle zu finden, man muß auch aufpasssen, da es Konkurrenzunternehmen gibt, so daß man erst den richtigen Halt und die gebuchte Linie/Gesellschaft finden muß, war im Vorfeld nicht gut kommuniziert. Dann waren die Busse tagsüber meist vollbesetzt, so daß man nur selten oben einen guten Platz bekam, daher konnten wir das 2 Tages Angebot nur eingeschränkt nutzen, auch das Personal war nicht gerade besonders zuvorkommend, Erfahrung insesamt eher ernüchternd !

We knew we were going to see the most important museums in Madrid, so we expected to queue a little bit even just to have our electronic tickets activated, but that was not the case! We went straight in skipping any lines and so we didn't lose a single minute and were able to fully enjoy our visit! Super recommended!

The museum is truly splendid, the quality and number of works makes you regret that you always have too little time, you need to get a clear idea of the route from the start with the map to orient yourself among the rooms and not risk missing important works. Beware of the Directions at the entrance to redeem the ticket, we arrived before the opening and were sent to the wrong place, causing us to lose an hour in line afterwards
