Absolutely worth seeing! The audio guide also worked very well! The ticket redemption point was very far from the main entrance. A more detailed description would be better.

Being able to visit the ruins of Pompeii with my husband was very exciting. Excellent attention at the ticket office, the audio guides and the whole tour we did. Fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The experience was great as far as buying the tickets in advance from the U.S. Getting through the mass of people at the Pompeii ticketing gate was an experience in itself.

I liked the site and thought it was all very interesting. I don't understant that when i get online tickets i have to wait in line 2 times to collect the guide and then again to collect tickets (and then to get in). Inefficient!!! The audio guide didnt work at all numbers and a lot was closed so we could not look around. For a place with so many visitors, the restaurant could be bigger and more efficiënt.

Visiting the sites was very easy. We didn't wait to enter Pompeii or Herculaneum, despite the large number of visitors.

Pompeii was fascinating and good value - i should have bought tickets on the gate. It was more expensive to buy a voucher in advance and i couldn't see a benefit

Nice to wanfder around at our own pace and have the guide with us all the time. We had a little difficulty with figuring out how to know where we were to listen to the correct explanation. And also, we couldn't figure out how to listen to the extra bits. Our ticketing experience was good. A little confusing at times at the entrance to Pompeii (which line we should be in to redeem tickets), but we figured it out.

Everything went well, but I didn't quite understand what the advantage of the advance reservation was. The ticket had to be picked up at the Porta Marina, where everyone was queuing even for non-reserved tickets. However, as we only needed 5 minutes, it was of course ok. Pompeii itself is very interesting. We only had "basic" tickets without extras.

The experience was very impressive. It's a shame that a lot of things can't be entered because they are currently being restored. It was also not nice that you can't get into some attractions with a normal ticket. The exhibition in the amphitheater about Pink Floyd was unnecessary. It would have been better to read about the theater itself.

The tour of Pompeii is superb, and the audioguide is really comprehensive, making it impossible to listen to everything in one day. The French-speaking guide is really easy to understand. The only "problem" is the point for exchanging tickets and the audioguide, which was badly signposted. It's at the right entrance, but it's simply the same place to buy classic tickets as everyone else, and the same place to pick up the audioguide. This is the only point to be updated on the instruction sheet to make everything perfect! :)

We organised this trip through cruise line Norwegian. Everything was as expected although a little warning about the entrance and exits would help as we came out a different exit to entrance ( o exit there) so we had to navigate ourselves back to meeting point about 20 minutes walk. Pompeii definitely amazing I never imagined it was so large! You really need half a day not a couple of hours.

We had to be in line. I would like to of printed a ticket for quick no hassle entry. Buying at the door was cheaper than buying online.

It was easy to find from the train station. The audio guides were easy to use and the maps section was really helpful to find out way around Pompeii

Everything went according to plan, except that we had to queue and the "full" ticket does not give access to the villa dei misteri!!!!! Too bad

We felt like we saw a little bit of everything which was nice since we knew we could only cover a small portion of such a big place. We wish that the guide could have allowed for more time to rest. As we were the slowest of the group, using a walker over rough terrain, we had no time to stop for a moment as the group continued on once we caught up. But we did understand that a time table had to be kept, so it was a delicate balance for the guide.

Everything was totally uncomplicated. I booked tickets online, exchanged them for real tickets at the ticket office at the Porta Marina entrance and off we went. There are also maps to help you find your way around. Pompeii is huge. A must if you are in Naples

He was very easy to reach and made perfect use of the tight time I had to make two visits in one day. The information provided was clear and received in good time. I became a customer.

I thought I would have the ticket on my phone and save me from waiting in line. Not so, I had to wait in line just like everyone else to pick up the entrance ticket.

It brought history to life. Being able to walk down roads they walked down and seeing how they lived and their art that was still in place. It was a very surreal experience and I will never forget it.
