The museum was amazing and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and she was clearly enthusiastic about the topic. She did a wonderful job of explaining the history of the gallery, the methods of the artists, and the meaning behind the different pieces of artwork. Of all the guided tours we took in Rome, this was our favorite.

I fell in love with our guide as she walked us through the galleries and regaled us with stories and fine points about the artists and art.

The guide was really excellent and brought the story of the gallery to life for us. He clearly loved the place and he inspired us to love it too. He knew his stuff but he pitched the information just right. We knew a little already when we arrived and we left knowing a lot more. It's a wonderful place.

Fantastic experience! Very nice collection of sculptures, paintings. Pomp and circumstance. Excellent guide, did have trouble understanding her at times. Motivated and enthusiastic to take us on the route through the museum.

We had first been to the Borghese in 2007, and with two friends, had an extraordinary private guide, a young American doing his doctoral work in Rome. Our Crown Tours guide on May 2nd was in every way his equal - her knowledge was encyclopedic, her enthusiasm stimulating, and she made the brief two hours seem even briefer. Regrettably. My sole regret is that I cannot remember her name.

After a bit of a slow start, our guide arrived with apologies that the scheduled guide was stuck in traffic from the marathon. And yet... It was a wonderful experience. Our guide is an art historian - so passionate about what we were seeing! This was a truly memorable tour. Our deepest thanks .

The art and setting were breath taking. Our guide was informative, engaging and knowledgeable. I selected the rating of Good over Awesome, based on the audio equipment. I frequently heard a static noise that was distracting and if better equipment could be used this would be awesome. Thank you!

The guide was great! Very nice and it showed that he had a lot of knowledge. Plenty of information and small details here and there that made the experience better. The Galeria Borghese is magnificent and because of construction works, you can get a 10€ discount to see Palazzo Barberini where most of the paintings of the Borghese are at the moment. The only thing I would say was not perfect was that it took us a while to find the guide as it was not exactly in the position it indicated in the reservation, but after asking we found him soon enough.

What a feast for the eyes! A must if you love art, sculpture and painting! Our guide Guidio was passionate. His comments were very enriching and instructive. The tour is in English. It's best to have an intermediate to good level of English to enjoy all the details of the comments.

I was happy to find tickets available through Headout. The museum was sold out. Our guide enhanced the experience of the galleries. She was extremely informative.

The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She did a good job of navigating the rooms of the museum to avoid crowds.

This was a beautiful museum. Well worth the stop. Our group was not too big and we could follow the guide very easily. She also has a lot of knowledge and answered questions easily.

The tour and guide were very thorough! Only the first floor of the museum was available due to renovation and it was still fantastic! They did change my tour time from the morning to afternoon which was a little frustrating because I had a tour somewhere else. Luckily Inwas able to move it. I would recommend this tour.
