Louvre Museum Guided Tour

Tamara was a very helpful coordinator and Wei was an insightful guide. It was a great experience having someone guide us through the labyrinthine halls of the palace. The Tour Guy is a very reliable company, and at the meeting place I witnessed several people being stood up by the guides they booked. I'm glad we went with The Tour Guy!

Ticketing experience had me wondering but there was no reason to worry. On meeting our group, are the wondering jitters evaporated into a marvelous experience. Very informative and made the entire visit worth the wait.

It was a rainy morning in Paris and we ended up being the only 2 on the tour. It was a great tour and even fit in some time at Shakespeare and Company which I was trying to fit into our schedule. Ticketing was easy.

The tour guide Lily was very nice! I loved her intro about the lourve and its history before we went into it. She was great getting us in quickly and through security. Did not really care for the tour though. We spent a lot of time it felt like 10 to 15 minutes on each statue and on statues that were very similar and so it felt like a three hour tour was spent on about 15 items in the louvre. I felt bored with the tour and wanted to leave it early. Really regretted doing the 3 hour. I felt rushed on some stuff like I couldn't even take a pic and then it droned on and on on certain ones and all this history with the Greek gods. Would not recommend this tour

Buying tickets at Headout was easy. It was crowded at the meeting spot so it was a bit difficult to find the group, but we were able to find them eventually. The guide was knowledgeable and picked out the most significant exhibits to show in the tour.

I believe Will (the English guy) was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic!!!! We were able to see all the sites and he knew everything about them! The day was great, he was attentive and made the experience personal, and was able to answer any question asked. I highly recommend this to anyone, this tour is the best way to see the louvre! I would definitely do this again :)

I really enjoyed the tour guide with Sara, very good work on her part. A pleasant and unforgettable ride 😄. It was a quiet ride, entertaining and very well done. You see the museum and learn what is important.

Our guide was fantastic! She was so knowledgable about everything relating to art and history of Paris! Booking process easy as well, I liked the confirmation emails I received with the Meetup place explained very clearly. Thank you.

It was very well organised and enabled us to gain entrance easily and then to see around the museum without having to constantly look at a map. Our guide Anais was terific and knew so much.

The tour guide was highly knowledgeable - kept us on track and was humorous. She gave us an excellent overview of the principal artwork at the Louvre and kept our group together very well. The tour was well-organized, thorough, and informative. Going on a semi-private tour of the Louvre allowed me and my two adult children to have an enjoyable, sane experience. Because the Louvre is so large and attracts many crowds, it can be intimidating. This tour made everything enjoyable.

Very systematic move to the monalisa, while accpeting freedom of each attendees. It was good that what the attendees need to avoid was clearly explained. I chose to walk alone after mona lisa, thanks to the advise, i had a really memorable day!

Our guide Beatrix, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Small group of 4 people made is feel very personal. The tour highlighted all we wanted to see and the little stories made it super interesting. Highly recommended.

Our guide (unfortunately I missed her name) was realy great, she was very interesting and enthusiastic, also very organized. Everything was on time, I only regret we didn't book 3 hours tour instead of 2 hours.

Straight to Mona Lisa and guide dint explain things , I guess for the money charged it's only a quick way to Mona Lisa so it's fine.

The guide was amazing and it truly was great to skip the lines and have access to the Mona Lisa painting within no time. Thank you!

Tour was great, it didn't feel like anything was missed and the guide was very informative. However, the 3 hour tour I paid for ended up only being 2.5 hours which was disappointing

The Louvre can only really be appreciated in person. It it so massive. Only go with a prepaid ticket and a guide who knows how to use shortcuts and focuses on certain things. Also be sure to use only the Louvre address. We were told to meet at the Louis XIV horse statue. Thus the taxi driver dropped us 8 walking minutes from the entrance. Turned out that the statue is in the massive open area inside the Louvre gate. In addition there were several tour guides around the statue so you need to arrive early and know the name of the tour management company. It is very easy to get lost in crowded areas so stick to your guide. 3 hours was enough. I was exhausted. This is not a trip for the physically weak.

The guide was really helpful - took us thru the fastest gate in. Even though it wasn't a guided tour, she explained a bunch of things to us.

Our host Polina was very nice and tried to show us lots of highlights. It was a very nice and informative tour! Thank you very much🙏

The guide we had was amazing and gave so much more than an ordinary tour. His knowledge of the paintings and sculpture was mind blowing. Never enjoyed a tour so much. Since Louvre is such an important site, I thought you should know that the guide was half of the experience. The artwork is so exceptional.
