We wanted to visit Mount Fuji from Tokio and also try out an Onsen experience. This tour offered both and we managed to have perfect weather for Mount Fuji. There was just the right amount of time to take fotos and have lunch. The Onsen was about 1.5 hours also enough for a nice relaxing experience.

The booking was easy to make online and the price was really good... I was worried that the price may not be reflected in the experience but the whole day was fantastic and very rewarding plus our driver was very good and our guide Wan was terrific.... would definitely recommend this tour company for your Mt Fuji experience although it doesnt go to Station 5

I like how our guide try to help our group with dissatisfaction of how little time we had on our destinations (becouse of traffic jam). Little suggestion: on a Golden Week you should write in summary, that there will be less time, becouse everywhere will be crowded and traffic and etc. Either you neet to put your price down, becouse people won't be satisffied or you need to put price up (becouse driver and guide will work longer) and give customers more time on venues. Or just don't do the trips on that holidays week

Der Fremdenführer war nicht unhöflich oder unfreundlich, aber ich fühlte mich unwohl bei all den negativen Dingen, die er über Japan sagte, den Schattenseiten, über die er viel mehr sprach als über die angenehmen Dinge. Es machte mir nichts aus, weil ich selbst 13 Jahre lang in Japan gelebt habe, vor 10 Jahren, aber ich fand es nicht angemessen, dass ein Fremdenführer (ich bin selbst Fremdenführer in Frankreich) den Touristen solche Dinge erzählt, denn er sollte ein schönes Bild von Japan vermitteln, das ist seine Aufgabe. Ich wollte das nicht sagen und einen schlechten Kommentar über Josh abgeben, weil er jung und neu in dieser Branche ist, aber ihr schickt mir ständig eure Anfragen für Bewertungen. Da ich selbst wieder an der Arbeit bin, denke ich, Sie sollten ihm in seinem eigenen Interesse und dem Ihres Unternehmens sagen, dass es seine Aufgabe ist, Touristen und Ausländern ein gutes Bild des Landes zu vermitteln, in dem er lebt und seinen Lebensunterhalt verdient!

Itinerary

8am: Pick-up from JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit
8:30am: Pick-up from Shinjuku Station
10:30am: Mt. Fuji 5ht station (April 26 to Nov 30) or Arakurayama Sengen Park (Dec 1 to Apr 25)
12pm: Oshino Hakkai
2pm: Gotemba Premium Outlets or Japanese Onsen
5pm: Drop-off (Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station)

Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions, and other reasons.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult passenger throughout the journey.
Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.
You can get off either Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station
The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Also, there is a sticker of "Gogoday" in the vehicle.
