Acropolis & Parthenon Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

An amazing place to visit in person! You are overcome by the sheer history of Acropolis/the Parthenon! Especially, as an American who does not get to see ancient architecture like this ever. The timed system of getting in is a little confusing to tourists ar first, but once you figure it out, it is pretty smooth.

Strange result and a bit inconvenient for trip planning, not knowing the exact time of entry until the day before.

It was amazing! We got in line 15 minutes before the time of our ticket waiting a very short time and went right in! The Parthenon is unbelievable!

I really enjoyed and valued the ruins of the Parthenon, even with the crowds. However we were unable to visit the museum part of the ticket as it closed early due to the Easter celebration. I do believe that this information should have been given to purchasers at the time of buying the ticket. I had checked the museum times and on Google it hadn't listed early closing times but I am sure it would have been knowledge acailable to sites selling tickets.

I downloaded my guide but couldn't play it. I brought earplugs fot the plane but they did not fit into my iPhone. It used a different connection. It would be great if you told people they would be using thier own phone for the audio tour so bring earplugs. I paid you more for an audio tour. Since I didn't have audio, it would have been cheaper if I had bought the tickets directly from the Acropolis site and Museum which did not have audio. Very disappointing. I feel like I overpaid.

Although we purchased out tickets online and had a slot time of 12 noon, we weee unable to beat the queues. We had to wait in line for around 35 mins. Also we didn't get an audio guide as there was no one to advise where to get this from. We did the tour as an independent not thorough a hotel etc. Having said that, the experience of actually seeing the acropolis and the surrounding ruins was amazing.

Easy to use App to purchase ticket. Bus itself was clean and on time. Went to all the main attractions in city. Line 2 & 3 [color coded] took you to see the cruise port and the beach shorline. Headphones explaining what you see only clarifies main attractions, however, either relays before the actual site or after passing. In between there is music. Would be better experience if it relayed constant commentary on what you are seeing as you go from site to site.

I liked the ability to avoid all the ling lines to purchase tickets. It was also convienent to bundle sites onto one purchase. I did not like having to download an App to access the tiickets. There wasn't a clear identification on the app as to which ticket went to each particular site. The audio tour was difficult to coordinate with the display in the museum.

Having tickets to thenAcropolis in hand allowed us to arrive early, entrer from the now preferred south slopes entrance, and beat most of the crowds. The walking tour was informative but honestly found the map a little hard to,use, arrived at sites before or after we thought we would, missed some altogether. Might just take some practice by us.

There were not an audioguide at the place and i couldnt use the ticket the proper way since i wasnt informed about the 5 Day ticket validity. Would not recommend the app.

Stop the fake tour guides pulling apart the barricades and walking people through. These cheats are paying 10 euro to skip the line. Stop letting big chunks of people through at a time. Have a couple of entrances. It's a popular site you're making a killing with what you charge. You can make it more professional. Not really a big fan of Athens. Love the islands though.

Top experience, well worth the detour, very beautiful. It goes up.... a lot, but it's for a good cause once you're at the top, the view is well deserved. Unfinished building, but making good progress 🤣. A good renovation takes a lot of time.

Elevator for those with mobility issues was excellent, although be aware there is quite a walk to access it. Amazing place to visit and would recommend

There were way too many guided tours that were pushing individual travelers away and blocking the path and views. The amounrt of people and especially guided tours needs to be limited drastically in order to make this sight worthy to go. The audio guide jumped from one number to another and was chaotic. It started at the beginning like three times and on top it was jumping from one sight to the other and back.

The audio guide immediately plays the next track. A pause with activation of the next track when you have reached the next destination would be much better and clearer!

The whole Acropilis is awesome but the organization (being denied entry for being too early in a not so crowded space and no audio guide) left a lot to be desired

The Acropolis has a historic story. You have to see it once in your life. The site is very impressive. There were few tourists, which of course made the experience even better. The information from the headout was very informative and of a good length.

Highly recommend combining the Acropolis with the museum! It also saves waiting time because you can skip the line. Nothing to comment on.

My expectation was to receive a guide for Acropolis, but I received one for Plaka. In this case, the audio guide was not so helpful.
