The actual bath experience was good, however the " head out" experience was not.
I booked the tickets outside of the building as on arrival found that by paying on the door you could not hire the use of a cabin, only a locker.
I booked on line received and email from head out confirming the booking ( and the 4 x 4€ fee ) however I could take up to 2 hours for the tickets to arrive.
With the help of customer service at the spa, I was able to gain entry, the tickets have still not arrived.

We took the package to the hot springs and Danube walk, everything was great, they were very friendly, we were comfortable and going in low season there were not too many people which allowed us to enjoy more of the activities.

Very different experience. I went with my family and stayed for a morning.
I think they should have half day tickets and it was a bit crowded, but good enough to spend some hours.

I recommend the experience of visiting the Spa and enjoying the facilities, the pools, saunas, all are attractive, it relaxes you and gives you a great wellbeing.

Fantastic, easy to use, luvly to be able to choose your own dates times, and having ease of tickets on your phone.
The thermal Baths were fantastic, the outdoor was the best, me my husband and 2 children Age 11 and 15 loved it.
The only thing I'd say too keep prices down, take your own food, snacks and drinks, because it was the most expensive meal we had in budapest £80 for 3 fizzy drinks, chocolate cake, 2 kindo buenas, tube of pringles, x1 sausage and chips, and x3 - 3 chicken wings and chips. ( £80gbp) but we no for next time, also it is worth booking a cabin and not just a locker, more private and can leave items in the room for ease. Some of the inside pools were abit smelly and dirty, but outside were fantastic. Kids loved it, it was busy, but plenty of space to sit and relax, get there early to get a sunbed if u want one, we went 1st Nov,
We also booked the silverline river cruise in the night, the night time was the beat, such a beautiful city, the hot chocolate on the silverline is a MUST especially in Nov, it warms you up but it was the nicest hot chocolate ever.

It was perfect, the entrance without problems, the place is wonderful, I only recommend going first thing in the morning at 07:00 because at 11:30 it is already very crowded. I loved it is spectacular. I recommend going to everyone.

Tickets taken quietly on line with no problem! Beautiful location as well as among the main attractions of the city which leads to it being quite crowded but not chaotic so you can't enjoy the day. I recommend it because it's a shame not to go there

This was a completely new experience for my husband and myself - and we come from New York City, where we thought we had everything!
Besides the pleasure of relaxing in warm water, we loved the entire facility with all its modern conveniences -Bluetooth wristbands to gorgeous 1900 architecture and decor to whirlpool river. And to have in and out access all day long was a great way to begin and end our day. Unfortunately I took no photos as I did not know if it was allowed. I loved this experience.

Really enjoyed the baths and think they are a must for a city break visit as they are so different to other city break activities.
Went around 10am and whilst it was busy I dont think it was too much and there was no bath that we couldn't get in.
Glad you were able to grab a drink also and this was reasonably priced.
Had a great morning there and would recommend!

Good because we had a locker option (cabin had to wait...), and there's enough staff to guide us if needed. Nice place, clean and warm!

It was our first time in thermal baths. There are plenty of pools to choose from based on how hot you want the water to be.

Everything went very smoothly with the entrance. The pools inside the building are unfortunately getting on in years. But the entrance fee is worth it just for the pools outside.

We arrived in the afternoon at 3 pm, on Tuesday. Wasn't too busy. We had a great time. The issue of the tickets went very well, you go to the cash register, show the page and receive an entry wristband.

It has been impressive, thermal baths in which we have been able to relax and be calm during the whole day.

The venue had several closed areas due to maintenance that was not disclosed at the time of booking, the venue was extremely busy and whilst holding priority access (and with little queuing in any event) it was completely pointless as you still had to queue to swap tickets for electronic fobs to gain access. I feel this experience is overrated and for over £200 for six people would advise others to consider if it was actually worth it.

Great time in these pretty thermal baths. The principle of the bracelet that opens and closes the locker is really easy to understand, the little cabin is great and access to the thermal baths is simplicity itself! The outdoor pool is great, even if it is very crowded. The indoor pools are a little disappointing. A bit of upkeep and improvement (repainting, highlighting the architecture...) would not be a luxury, given the price of admission...
But clean overall.

The entry process was smooth and straightforward. The QR code provided in the app worked perfectly for entrance, and we had no issues.
However, we went on a Sunday, and most of the pools were very crowded. In some of the higher-temperature pools, guests were already within a foot of each other. The changing rooms and toilets were a bit messy, likely due to the number of people. On the plus side, lockers are available and linked to the wristband you’re given, which was convenient.
Don't forget to bring a towel, swimming cap for the lap pool, and slippers. If you're looking for a more relaxed experience, I recommend visiting on a weekday and possibly in the morning to avoid the crowds.

A success to spend a full day, the spa is old but charming and very well maintained.
The cruise is beautiful, the photos are great.
Highly recommended.
