Combo: Vatican Museums + Borghese Gallery Tickets

The whole process was OK. There was just slight misunderstanding with the exchange of the voucher for the tickets. Maybe I missed it in the instructions, but on the voucher should be explicitly written that you should go into tourist office and ask the assistant for the tickets. I entered the address, waited outside for some guide for a few minutes, than entered the office, shown the voucher and asked assistant what should I do. I have been told to wait. When I saw that other people are exchanging the voucher for tickets by another assistant, I asked her and she immmediately gave me the tickets... But the office was nice, cool, with snack and water machines. Great. The final queue for the entrance was about 20 minutes. That was quite fine. The only important issue was terribly overcrowded venue. That was terrible.

We liked the fact that we had a fixed time for the visit. We didn't like the fact that we had to go to the entrance on our own, even though it was only a few steps away. We thought it would have been better to be accompanied to the entrance as we had no local knowledge. This would certainly not have been much trouble for you. But it all worked out and we loved the museum.

The guide you gave me, Chiara, was extremely excellent. She was polite, put me at ease, spoke very well and had a wealth of knowledge about history and art. This makes me want to use your services again, but with Professor Chiara. I will recommend your Tur Agency.

A voucher is not a ticket. It was not quite clear how to get the real ticket. Otherwise, a very nice museum,

Getting these tickets was so worth it. We were running a bit late we walked in had a lovely girl help us I wish I could remember her name. We got the tickets straight away no lining up, walked across the road and straight in the the Vatican. So easy and quick! I would highly recommend getting tickets this way. Saves so much time. Great experience. We found the Vatican audio headphones were enough info instead of getting a guided tour. We were able to go as quickly or slowly through the space at our own pace spending more time on what interested us and less on others. You just enter the number of the room and it plays the info to you. I'm sure a guided tour would be amazing too if you have plenty of time. Great day.

I had to get my tickets from an office first, then deal with this rude Venezuela Man. They lied to me Walk across the street and then had to wait in another line.. ( line moved some what fast) I got to the office Liltle early to get everything done.. he couldn't find my name.. so he claimed.. he found our name and the give us the tickets of course after my attitude he straight up.. LOL

To pick up the tickets the instructions were very clear. We had a guide who escorted us inside the museum. The people were very kind to my family. Thank you I will be back this year.

Not having to wait in line was super expeditious. It is preferable to make the visit as early as possible so as not to run into so many tourists.

Easy to find the guide if you follow the precise instructions. As part of the package the guide took us efficiently through the 08:30 fast track entry route and security. He gave me the online map for rooms and we were able to miss out the museum sections and head straight to the Sistine Chapel before it got busy. They do like a 1 way system so it was a bit of a struggle to get through the crowds to visit another favoured room.

The museum and its works are beautiful, and I had no problem getting my tickets to enter. But, if I find it in bad taste that the second floor of the gallery is closed for remodeling and you have to pay an additional 5 euros to see the rest, totaling 40 euros. You know about this situation, and the fact of not warning and not including the other museum is what I thought could have made it better, finally I paid almost triple the cost of the normal ticket for half of the museum.

Organizing and guiding the group into the museums went well. The 'organizer' was waiting on the other side of the street and was easy to find/recognize. Not a matter of course, as there are many groups. The wait in the queue for the entrance was shorter than expected. The museums themselves are also well organized here.

Fantastic to book in advance. Fantastic the location of the office right in front of the entrance to the museum. The museum collection is stunning and the exhibition halls are beyond words..... all IMPRESSIVE You are highly recommended, thank you so much.

So much to see - I knew the Vatican had a large exhibit but there was so much more than anticipated. The Sistine Chapel was everything I imagined!

Guide spoke little English, and was not familiar with the exhibition items. I feel like I was the guide, explaining quite a bit to her as I learnt a lot of Roman and Greek art in high school.

First of all, please note: Admission to the Colosseum is tightly timed, so the tour guide will leave on time. So be there at least 10 minutes in advance. The guided tour through the catacombs was duper. Our tour guide really had an incredibly good and solid knowledge of history. You should be able to speak English well, because that was a lot of information in 3 hours. He could have filled a good 5 hours. However, I got my money's worth. He answered questions willingly and in detail. Thank you for this wonderful tour.

Scheduled time was 10:30, did not leave the building until 10:50, was not in the museum until after 11 and only had less than an hour inside the building due to other sites I had reservations for.

Skipping the line - literally. I'm sure I would have given up on the idea of going in had I seen the line waiting to get in. But being escorted to the main entrance and then let go to experience it on our own was ideal.

There was no queue, it was very easy and quick to exchange/get the tickets at the museum ticket office and we were able to visit the exhibition within our timeslot. But you definitely have to be on time!

The cultural epochs are illustrated very well, but of course you have to make a selection so as not to feel overwhelmed by the abundance of exhibits. Multilingual summaries could be helpful.
