Combo (Save 5%): Moorish Castle + Quinta da Regaleira Skip-the-Line Tickets

The visit to the castle wall was amazing! We took an Uber to the castle from where we stayed in Sintra. We got there around 11am and it was still fairly quiet. The full trip around the castle wall takes less than an hour. Easy walk in & overall great experience. If you wish to do the Pena Palace it is within walking distance from the castle. There is a hiking route of about 350m(less than 10min walk) from the castle to the Pena Palace gate.

I liked the convenience of having the tickets but what's not practical is when you have a baby and you absolutely must have a ticket for him, not provided by the site. On the other hand, the audioguide on the phone, the sound is really not adapted so we didn't listen to it. I should have paid less I'm really disappointed by this because in the end it was useless.

Both Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace were great to see. Both had unique and historical experiences. It does take quite a while to go from one to the other and noting a travel time (i.e. it takes about 1 hour to leave Quinta to the front door of Pena Palace) would be beneficial

The attraction was superb. The booking experience was excellent. I struggled a bit to get the audio tour working but the tacket lady was very helpful. I got lost a few tmes as I found the directions slightly confusing.

I liked it all. Walking up the castles and views. The chapel and courtyard at Pena. I was a bit disappointed with Pena Palace because it was more money and there's not a lot more to see than any of the other palaces.

Once we got out of the station, it was very difficult to find the place. We were given the wrong directions and had to walk 14km up and back. So we were tired when we got there.

Great venues, the tickets worked. However, the guide took multiple attempts to download and was very hard to follow. We finallly deleted it.

Sintra is amazing! We had tickets booked for the Moorish Castle and Quinta da Regaleira. Received these through the mail. At both, check-in went without a hitch.

The palace was beautiful, but beware get there on time!! Our tickets were for 12 and we got there right at 12:30 due to difficulty getting a ride to the palace from the train station. They would not let us in the ticketed part of the palace :( it was not an overly crowded day either, so it was really disappointing.

En la Quinta de Regaleira recibí la autoguia pero no es de buena calidad. La traducción al castellano no es buena y te pierdes. Es muy difícil seguir las indicaciones lo que te hace perder mucho tiempo. Tampoco te informan del tiempo que se tarda en visitarla por lo que no llegamos a tiempo a la visita del Palacio da Pena. Yo tenía entrada doble a la Quinta y al Palacio. En el Palacio no recibí la autoguia ni llegué a tiempo de coger la lanzadera. Había que esperar hasta tres buses y tuve que ir andandando. Llegué media hora tarde, sin autoguia por lo que tuve que verlo muy rápido. No pude visitar el chalet de la condesa ni el parque. Y en la entrada tenía todo incluido hasta el transporte que no pude usar. No te informan bien ni del tiempo que tarda ni de la forma de llegar. Además no hay indicaciones y la autoguia no es buena. En el Palacio no la recibi

We got there early so there was no line. Could have easily bought tickets there for a cheaper price. But booking only was easy. The previous day we had encountered a 2 hour wait at sites on Lisbon because we hadn't pre-booked. Sintra is lovely. Was worthwhile doing the GuruWalk afternoon walking tour with Slava which gave historical context to the palaces and castles and the town (it was quirky and enjoyable)

Quinta and park are amaising. I didn't use my audioguide on location becouse I enjoy every corner of Quinta. I could stay all day, but I didn't have time. I think it is better to make story about Quinta to listen at home and put the arrows on the path in park as direction of walk. It is very cofusing to follow audioguide, enjoy every corner and take pictures and videos at the same time.

Nice to skip the entrance line, but we still had to wait in line at the well. There should be a skip the line at your main attraction too.

The directions were confusing and sometimes didn't make sense. It my be a translation issue to English? But I have up on the instructions and navigated but myself

Beautiful place, skip the line tickets well worth it Disappointed in signage at venue. Main attraction I went for was the initiation well. The line was so long & not moving we ended up leaving. I knew it was a main attraction for that venue which is why we arrived early. Very disappointed mainly because I know I'll likely not have an opportunity to return,

We had some issues with the download but eventually worked them out. I was expecting the old fashion headsets for the walk through tour on arrival. The audio tour guides knowledge was great but using the phone was a pain and we found directions on the grounds to be limiting (both from the tour and even worst in the venue itself). We spent over an hour roaming with other groups of international tourist walking through weeds looking for "The Well". I can now say "the well" in multiple languages. Don't take it personally but "alrights" about the best I can give ya.

Tha attraction was beautiful. The ticket buying process was easy and helpful they let me download them becuase there was not great service at the attraction itself

We took a Bolt to the quinta de regaleira. When the doors open, I recommend you run to the initiation well, as the queue is incredible, then follow the map to the various key points. If possible, take the stairs on the right. There are quite a few passages that lead nowhere, so we wasted a lot of time. Take a good look at the map before you go. We then left the château and walked up to the right for 7-8 min. There's a stop on the 434 to take you up to the peña. Then take the shuttle bus to the palace. The Peña is incredible. On the other hand, we had booked tickets to visit the park, which we were unable to do. We had to walk 1.4 km to reach the chalet. After 5 days of visiting the park, we didn't have the energy.

It was great to have the tickets in my app but sadly the service was terrible and it took quite awhile to get them to download. I guess I expected them to be ready in the app.

The audio guide was near impossible to follow. And we never knew where we were in the park at any given time. There were things that we were looking for, and after searching the Audio never found them.
