Quinta da Regaleira Skip-the-Line Tickets

Beautiful attraction, as far as booking is concerned I especially appreciated, the possibility of printing in paper format tickets, as well as having them on the device (Smartphone).

I purchased the Skip the line voucher as I had been told the lineups get very long for general admission ticketing. I was glad that I did that because my focus was too see the initiation well. I was part of a tour that went to the national Palace (but I had read about the well and really wanted to see it) and I was able to leave and comfortably walk up the hill to the admission gate and get in and then walk up to where the initiation well was. the line was very long, but thankfully it moved quickly. I'm very pleased that you have attendants at the well to tell people to keep moving. There are so many taking photos of each other that it holds up the line. The well or the tower is very interesting, the history is remarkable. I was thrilled to walk the steps and reach the bottom and then walk through the tunnels. The signage is excellent as we needed to exit and get back to our tour. it was all done efficiently with all the signage points that you have for the exit, thank you for making it such a pleasant experience for me.

We had to join the only queue and wait in line with others to have our tickets scanned. Meaning I've paid more than I needed to for what I experienced! I'd like a refund.

I liked the convenience of having the tickets but what's not practical is when you have a baby and you absolutely must have a ticket for him, not provided by the site. On the other hand, the audioguide on the phone, the sound is really not adapted so we didn't listen to it. I should have paid less I'm really disappointed by this because in the end it was useless.

Both Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace were great to see. Both had unique and historical experiences. It does take quite a while to go from one to the other and noting a travel time (i.e. it takes about 1 hour to leave Quinta to the front door of Pena Palace) would be beneficial

We loved the whole experience there! The grounds are beautiful as well as the inside of the estate. We spent the morning there and really enjoyed it!

Headout site very easy to use. Quinta de Regaleira was amazing. The Iniatiin Well was one of the highlights of our trip.

The attraction was superb. The booking experience was excellent. I struggled a bit to get the audio tour working but the tacket lady was very helpful. I got lost a few tmes as I found the directions slightly confusing.

Our visit to Quinta da Regaleira was absolutely wonderful. The history and beauty were everything it was billed to be! Highly recommend you visit here if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity!

The gardens, all of it, are amazing. The castle is so interesting! We, as a family of 4 loved all of it. So worth the visit!!

Va anar molt bé! A great guide! Amable ,entès en la matèria, comprensiu, atent,..... per culpa d' un malentès va haver de fer la ruta en tres idiomes i no va posar mai cap pega! He congratulated him! Realment li estic molt agraïda! Thank you very much!

It was great once it worked. Didn't realize we needed tickets ahead of time so I purchased em route. Once there I couldn't download the app without WiFi. Finally was able to get a pdf to download once we were able to connect to the venue wifi. Actually getting the QR code in the email would have been much easier, but we only lost about 20 minutes

Once we got out of the station, it was very difficult to find the place. We were given the wrong directions and had to walk 14km up and back. So we were tired when we got there.

The fact that we didn't have to wait in line was amazing as it allowed us to experience the park as soon as it opened an our pictures were without people on our sides.

Absolutely magnificent palace and park! Lots of little passages, fountains and caves in the park. Something for young and old alike! The queue for the initiatory well is long, but it moves along quite quickly. A must-see, as are the palace and park of Monserate, which are also splendid.

Great venues, the tickets worked. However, the guide took multiple attempts to download and was very hard to follow. We finallly deleted it.

Beautiful grounds, beauty at every turn! We walked past some of the smaller areas because they weren't clearly marked but we still loved the experience!

The palace was beautiful, but beware get there on time!! Our tickets were for 12 and we got there right at 12:30 due to difficulty getting a ride to the palace from the train station. They would not let us in the ticketed part of the palace :( it was not an overly crowded day either, so it was really disappointing.

En la Quinta de Regaleira recibí la autoguia pero no es de buena calidad. La traducción al castellano no es buena y te pierdes. Es muy difícil seguir las indicaciones lo que te hace perder mucho tiempo. Tampoco te informan del tiempo que se tarda en visitarla por lo que no llegamos a tiempo a la visita del Palacio da Pena. Yo tenía entrada doble a la Quinta y al Palacio. En el Palacio no recibí la autoguia ni llegué a tiempo de coger la lanzadera. Había que esperar hasta tres buses y tuve que ir andandando. Llegué media hora tarde, sin autoguia por lo que tuve que verlo muy rápido. No pude visitar el chalet de la condesa ni el parque. Y en la entrada tenía todo incluido hasta el transporte que no pude usar. No te informan bien ni del tiempo que tarda ni de la forma de llegar. Además no hay indicaciones y la autoguia no es buena. En el Palacio no la recibi

Merece la pena esta visita. Todo estuvo muy bien. El único problema es la aglomeración de gente en el pozo iniciático. Por lo demás, genial. Si hay que elegir en Sintra, me quedo sin duda con esto. Gracias
