Easy to get back on anywhere and enjoyed lots of relaxing Barcelona in the sunshine at the top of the bus in the open air

Everything went really well, from the city tours to the entrance to Park Güell. Simply a great city and a very nice experience.

There wasn't enough information given about the various stops. It was more like a slow bus ride. I've been on several HOHO buses and others were much more informative.

Chóferes should stop at all stops, I waited 1 hour at stop 15. 4 autobuses didn't even stop, one stopped and didn't open the door. Finalmente un autobús à arête, we lost a lot of time. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

The Hopp On Hopp Off City Tour in Barcelona was our first bus tour of a city and all members of the family, the youngest 11 years old, liked it, which I didn't expect. Luckily we opted for the Orange Tour as the queue for the Green Tour was much longer. In the lower part of the bus (where we were initially seated to catch an earlier bus), you don't really see much of the city's sights. Fortunately, we were able to switch to the upper deck after just four stops, which I would recommend to anyone! In future we will plan more time to be able to sit on the upper deck from the start.

It was very easy to enter Sacrada Familia thanks to the guide. She was very kind and explained the main points of the church well. We were really liked with the whole experience.

The company running the buses has focussed more on advertisements and less on the guiding part. Their route maps contain the bare minimum information and their audio "guide" has more ambient music than actual information. We felt that their service could have been better and at par with other cities, given it is a tourist destination.

I loved the convenience of this bus. There were issues however: many of the plugs were broken so the audio guide wasn't able to be used as the bus had been filled to full capacity when we boarded meaning we couldn't move to another seat that worked upstairs. I also think the royalty free music that plays in between the information is extremely annoying and would be better if there was either normal radio music or just no music at all. We enjoyed the experience but think these things took away slightly from the enjoyment.

We had an amazing time at Sagrada. Our guide was great and very informative. They provided the headphones and devices to listen to our guide which was awesome. Could not recommend the Sargrada Familia experience through Headout more. However things took a turn when it came to the Park Guell experience. There are a lot of enterances to the Park and the pickup station is at the bottom of the park. Meaning if you get dropped off anywhere (or take the bus) you have to walk down and then back up to get to the meetup point. When we got to the meet up point the guide was not there. Customer Service was completely unhelpful. Eventually we just entered the park on our own and winged it. Apparently there was an audio guide to download in the email that was sent (I still have yet to find it) and there was nothing in the app. We also could have entered from any entrance because there wasn't a guide to meet. Which means that we didn't need to rush around the outside of the park to get to the "right" entrance. I would NOT recommend the Park Guell portion through Headout. Just get your own ticket or use one of the many other tour companies that actually guide you through the park.

Easy to use, friendly staff. Only improvement would be to announce bus stop number as approaching as couldn't always see or tell if arrived at a stop or stopped in traffic

The staff were very friendly and well informed. Great for getting a good overview of the city and handy for seeing the main sights.

The route, frequency of buses, audio guide (earphones provided on the bus upon request), ability to get on and off at every stop; very nice experience.

Being able to sit while seeing the whole city of Barcelona and overall it was a great experience. Some of the buses earplugs didn't work. The wait time to get on the bus was sometimes long.

I was expecting a live person giving the fun facts like we had in Philly. Audio tour was okay but a lot of music playing where there could have been more history. Also waited for a bus for a looong time near the Castle / Miró museum.

We loved the whole tour, the stops were perfect on time and maybe as a comment in case of rain there should have a better plan in order to cover ourselves

The attraction was wonderful,just too many others trying to see it too. The guide was good, very informative and friendly. 30 minutes was enough because you're just dying to go back and have a really good look at things.

The descriptions about the scenes was excellent. Highly recommend this tour. The disappointment was several plug receivers were blocked and we could not listen to the audio on several busses. Seems like plugs were ripped out and stuck inside. With full bus at each stop we could not move to another seat for several stops. Wish we had time to take the second bus to the west since we have not been to that part of the city. We love taking these city tours.

The top (open) deck was full which meant sitting inside, however there wasn't any air ventilation and the temperature was unbearable. We ended up getting off before the end of the tour as we couldn't stay in the heat any longer sadly.
