Everything very well organized, from ticket sales to the care of the park found outstanding. I recommend it to everyone

First bus showed up one hour late (we were at the stop 15 minutes early. The busses we took, were ratteling like crazy. The top canapee was shifting back and forth and making lots of noise. I could hardly hear the audio because of this. The rest was okay, was easy getting on and off the bus

Purchasing the tickets was easy; however, finding our first bus stop, which was right by our hotel was an issue. The Sea You Hotel and the businesses around had no idea where the bus stop was. We ended up walking to another bus stop down by the ocean, which was over a mile away. There needs to be more awareness. Once we got the hang of the routes, we had no issue. Additionally, the first bus we rode on was really outdated. None of the headphones outlets worked on the top of the bus and the bus looked like it was going to fall apart. We purchased a 2-day pass, which was a great option. All of the other drivers and buses were really nice.

The route is perfect. But we had problems with the pick up times at the stops, since they arrived outside the marked schedule and some buses did not stop at all and there were users at the stop.

The bus that we were waiting did't show as scheduled at 10:03h at Plaza de Toros. Yes we were informed by the staff, however due to that it was owercrowded.

Ticketing experience was quick and easy. The lines do get long to wait for the bus but the stops were great and informative. The only part we didn't enjoy was the beeping from the audio, the recording had a very loud beep after every fact that was said.

I found the information before attending, having purchased the ticket a bit overwhelming. Telling me and my wife that we must arrive early, must be on time, there's a possibility we would not be allowed in if we miss our entry time, etc. This put pressure on us but when we arrived at the entrance there was hardly any queue - so why the pressure. Then we were advised to bring identification - we brought our passports but no one looked at it. Indeed, the whole build up was stressful trying to get the venue on time, etc. Then we were not offered a guide, I I had to go back when I saw others looking at it. Once we were settled the zoo experience was very good and it was good to see the animals have their freedom. We enjoyed the day but having booked the tickets on line, the user experience is not very friendly in my opinion. Even this form is not very comprehensive. My SKip-The-Line tickets did work it was once the tickets were ordered that I had the problem.

It was good to see Valencia the audio guide was good the first driver was rude and refused to let me on with my mobile ticket the office support staff were helpful on the phone and the second driver was very helpful

I stupidly hadn't downloaded the app, so my ticket wouldn't work. Had to go home, download it, come back, then wait an hour for a bus. The commentary was dreadful. Poor information and grammar. A trip along the beach would have been nice.

Alles mooi aangelegd de dieren hadden ook genoeg ruimte. Ook alle dieren waren op zich goed te zien. Door het glas ervoor en niet een hek ervoor kun je mooie foto's maken!

I likes go by bicicle in the park and visita the oceanographic and bio park. It would be better have more dates for Delphines shows

As soon as we arrived we went straight to the skip-the-line entrance reserved for online tickets, with small children it was very convenient!

The park design is wonderful, the animals are well cared for, and so is the cleanliness of their environments. Congratulations 💯

All was good except the 30+ minute wait at one of the stops...it was way too long to wait and too far from anything for us to want to get off the bus...We had to sit it out.

Tour was filled with sufficient information! Please add more details about the exact stops on your website in order to find the stops when starting the tour!

Beautiful experience suitable for both adults and children. Very big and beautiful park , too bad we couldn't see the lion because they were changing the protective glass. Beautiful part where there are free lemurs

I think it is a very good experience to have a general overview of the city and also to be able to stop at the points that are interesting for each person with the option of continuing to see possible points of interest the next day.

So many animals and the entire space was very well organised, surrounded by incredible decorations that made the expirience as close to authentic as possible. Highly recommend it if you find yourself in Valencia.
