Tom the tour guide communicated well. It was not too vigorous and It was a fun packed say with many experiences. Unfortunately didn't see Mount Fuji but it was a cloudy day and I can't fault the company for that.

The service was good. The link for the tickets didn't work, but at the counter of the Tokyo Tower they could resolve it quickly showing my email, that wasn't a ticket.
The Tokyo Tower for me is a must see.
