Had not been to MOMA in many years so it was nice to see the new layouts and the regular collections. Exhibits were spacious and it did not feel crowded even on Veterans Day.

It's an incredible museum with history and meaning like no other. The architecture is amazing, the displays were so interesting and the videos amd recordings were so moving. Emily was our guide and she was wonderful, knew her stuff and had just the right amount of reverence. It was a moving experience and I am so grateful for the museum was bullt to honor all those who lost their lives amd those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

i was expecting a typical art gallery experience but was very impressed with the 60 minute multi-screen musical experience and the sports floor especially. unfortunately my booking experiences wasn't so wonderful, I booked online, thought i was booking for San Francisco but purchased a ticket for NYC, which I was told is non-refundable. I'd like to see more flexibility for this esp. in consideration of simple errors.

I visited the museum on my own using the directions provided via the QR code on the Moma website. Everything was very clear. The staff was very kind in showing me what was the best route to take and where to start so that I could visit all the areas. At the 'entrance I didn't find the line of people I went right in and downloaded the app. Everything was perfect

9/11 Memorial & Museum

At the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the twin reflecting pools and North America’s largest manmade waterfalls create a space of solemn reflection, with the names of those lost inscribed in bronze panels that tell powerful stories. Amidst the white oak trees stands the Survivor Tree—a Callery Pear that survived the attacks, symbolizing resilience and hope. Inside, over 11,000 artifacts capture the timeline and impact of 9/11, from the Historical Exhibition that outlines the events and aftermath, to the "In Memoriam" gallery honoring individual lives, and the imposing Foundation Hall with its iconic last column and slurry wall.
