We really enjoyed the Tour! The boat was well-maintained and really comfortable. The service was great – and our captain was just amazing: super friendly, happy to answer any questions, and he shared lots of interesting little details on top of the audio tour that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. We’d definitely do it again and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

The choice of route, the very friendly staff, the sale of drinks on board and the audio guide via smartphone app (avoiding electronic waste with "disposable headphones"). One star deduction because of the occasional interruptions in the audio translation, at least in the German language, and the lack of loudspeakers in the rear outside area of the boat, which is why the additional explanations spoken by the captain over the microphone for the audio tour were not understood outside.View original review in German

The boat was found as per the location given, the people on the cruise were super nice and courteous. The cruise only lasted 60 mins instead of the 75mins promised. I also wish headout gave the contact information of the tour company in case we had any questions or concerns about the location, that information was missing.Sophie
