Entry Tickets to Adelaide Zoo

• Spend time with native and rare exotic species such as the Brazilian tapir, binturong, and rhino iguana.
• Learn all about your favorite animals through free keeper talks and tours with friendly volunteer guides.
• Watch your children explore Nature's Playground where the equipment is based on nature play principles and built to stimulate the senses.
• Host a fun picnic at the historic undercover rotunda, or rest your legs in one of the many shady glades.
• Fun Fact: Hyaenas, although similar in appearance to dogs are actually more closely related to cats!

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Important Information

• Facilities available: Wheelchair for hire at $5, Restroom, Baby changing rooms, Cafe/restaurant
• Temporary accommodation for assistance dogs can be provided; however, it is recommended to leave service animals at home.
• Please refrain from spraying perfume as animals are more sensitive to smell.
• Please note that the free walking tours are subject to guide availability.

• Panda Shop: 11am - 3pm (11am - 4pm during school holidays and on weekends)
• Reptile House: 10am - 4:30pm (4:45pm on weekends and public holidays)
• Nocturnal House: 10am - 4:30pm (4:45pm on weekends and public holidays)
• Walk-through Aviaries: 9:30am - 4:30pm (4:45pm on weekends and public holidays)
• Westpac Envirodome: 10am - 4:30pm (4:45pm on weekends and public holidays)
• Walking tours depart on the hour from 10am to 3pm at the Tour Meeting Point, adjacent to the main entrance

By Bus

• The closest bus stop is on Frome Road, directly outside the zoo.
• Buses 271 and 273 will get you there from the Curie Street.

By Tram

• The closest tram stop is Botanic Gardens Tram Stop. It is a 12-minute walk to the attraction.
• Trams BTANIC and GLNELG will get you there.
