I would love to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Mandarin guide Yuxia. She has the warmest heart and she is the best tour guide that I ever had. I was travelling with my husband and two young kids. Yuxia was caring so much of us to make sure we had the best and most wonderful trip to the Jungfraujoch. She also made the whole group was happy , safe and enjoying the trip. I can easily feel that Yuxia has been putting her heart to her loved job and relationship with the customers and her colleagues. We wish to have her again for next time when we visit Zürich.

All staff I interacted with were amazing! My tandem partner made me feel so safe and secure that all the pressure went away and I enjoyed every moment. I landed thinking I want to do that again!
