It was a serene balloon ride. Not too much rush. The pick-up and drop was flawless.
The only problem was the breakfast, it never reached our table. We were waiting for someone to serve and many people instead were taking twice

The team was exceptional in making sure we get back in time to catch our shuttle to kayseri airport. THey had someone speakign English interface was us.
The ride itself was ordinary to be honest. I dont think it is fault of this team at all. They were great tbh.
Our general feeling was that we would have had similar fun watching these from our hotel roof than up in hot air baloon.
The activity feels a bit overrated. We are not very instagram people so it might be different for you

Watching the balloon fill with air especially after they turned the flame on. We also loved flying so low as to be able to see into the caves. We also enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to take photos for us!

We had a great experience...from pick up from the hotel right on time to the drop off, we had a comfortable experience..we booked this online and I am happy all went smooth...amazing fly on the hot air balloon with a beautiful sunrise to look to....our Pilot was good and kept us comfortable.....would recommend
