Overall hassle free. Staffs were cordial. My ticket was basic. I recommend to prefer basic plus category for skywalk and dinner at yacht.

A very fun experience for us as a family, ticket processing is very easy and fast, no need to arrange long at the counter ... The best thing is riding a skycab, can enjoy the cool and comfortable air at the top of the mountain ... Hope you can come here again.

Simple instructions to exchange voucher for wrist bands. The signage matched the instructions. However, the information at the attraction was rather difficult to navigate. Also advisory should be issued to warn people who suffer from claustrophobia might need to avoid the sky glide. I was rather stressed and had to use the steps all 140 of them for the return. Very poor information provided.

Consider putting up signs in English that say Counter 6 with arrow for those who have online tickets.
