For only Osaka (Umeda) to Kansai Airport route, you can exchange the mobile voucher for a physical ticket at the KIX airport or Hotel New Hankyu at Umeda Station (South Entrance Waiting Room, 1st floor).
A maximum of 2 luggage bags are allowed per person to be stored in the trunk of the bus.
