All flights are monitored so your driver will be aware of any delays.
If you’re headed to the airport from your hotel, your pick-up time must be at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time.
Only one suitcase and carry-on bag is allowed per passenger. If you are traveling with excess luggage like surfboard, golf club, and bike, opt for a minibus and not sedan.
Your designated driver will be waiting at the exit gate closest to your flight’s designated luggage belt. Can’t find the driver holding a sign with your name? Proceed to the information counter for more help.
Additional drop offs or pick ups and flights arriving at midnight due to delays will incur additional charge of SGD10 – you can pay this directly to your driver.
