Quick, efficient, clean and very nice buses. If travelling alone or as a couple, it's much more cost effective to travel on SkyBus than taxi or Uber to the city. The drop off is pretty central to most hotel locations or you can salary grab a tram to the hotel.

I was disappointed that no senior discount was an option with pre purchase although it was an $8 saving at Skybus at Southern Cross. Won't be pre booking in future.

Super easy to book a ticket online. Got our luggage, exited the domestic termianl at Melbourne airport, and straight out to the bus that was waiting. Smopoth ride direct to Southern Cross sation. Only gripe was the loud guy up the back of the bus playing music and swearing like it was an olympic sport. But you can't help bad manners.
