Very cool bus driver. I accidentally bought tickets from the airport to Termini when I meant to buy the tickets from Termini to the airport and there was room so he let me on. Very comfortable/quick/economic experience.

Bit hard to find. Terminal 3 may be too vague? It's quite a walk, all the way to the right, stop no 14 . Not a big deal if you know it.

I had problems finding the airport bus stop, but once found the transport to Rome was enjoyable. I was a bit disorientated when the bus dropped us at Rome Temini as I thought it would stop at the main bus terminal at the top of the hill. My friend had a job pulling her case up the hill, she has problems walking. Once we reached local bus stops we found our hotel easy.
