Crafted cocktails and fun

If you are looking for something other than the usual dinner or party experience, give Alcotraz a try. Considered the world’s first prison-themed cocktail bar, this experience is more than just a drinking experience. The moody lighting, exposed brick walls, and haunting prison sounds help create the feeling of being locked inside a penitentiary. Plus, this experience requires you to bring your own alcohol, making it a more thrilling experience.

Never felt so good to be bad

Your experience starts with a guard giving you an orange jumpsuit, your identity, and your storyline. Once you are ready, you must go through secret passageways to get to the bar while making sure your liquor is not spotted by the prison warden. Then, watch prison canteen convicts serve up four personalized drinks from the liquor you smuggled in so carefully. But that’s not all. You can really get into character as you sit in a cold metallic cell with a toilet and talk to your fellow inmates. You can also provide intel to the Warden to help in the downfall of the bootlegging empire.

What’s not allowed

Professional photography equipment, tripods, smoking, vaping, drugs and drug paraphernalia, flammables, promotional items such as flyers, samples, and giveaways are prohibited inside the venue.
Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 18 years.
Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

This experience is wheelchair accessible.
Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

Guests must bring their own liquor while the mixers will be provided at the venue, which will help the mixologist create personalized cocktails for the experience. It is recommended to bring 5 x 50ml mini bottles for groups of 2 guests, 1 x 500ml bottle for groups of 3 - 4 guests, and 1 x 700ml bottle for groups of 5 - 6 guests.
Guests must only bring new, unopened and sealed bottles as previously opened bottles will not be accepted.
It is recommended to wear light clothing as you will be provided with an orange jumpsuit to put over your clothes.
The jumpsuit sizes range between XS - 4XL and can be worn in a more comfortable way such as tying it around the waist.
