I felt like the tour was rushed, we hardly spent any time in the gardens. Lots of walking with very little breaks to stop and look around. The guide told us a lot of anecdotes and was funny but we missed having an overall introduction of the sight and a historical timeline. The sights were amazing though and we appreciated being able to skip the lines!

During our recent trip to Spain, my boyfriend and I visited the Alhambra in Granada. We had pre-booked a guided tour, which ensured a smooth experience without the hassle of long lines. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing in-depth insights into the site’s rich history and intricate architecture. The tour encompassed the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife Gardens, and the Alcazaba Fortress. Each area showcased stunning examples of Moorish design, with the Nasrid Palaces’ detailed stucco work and the Generalife’s lush gardens leaving a lasting impression. This tour exceeded my expectations. The tour was thorough, although there is lots to see outside of the tour and I wish we'd had more time to explore. Despite being in the large group, our group was only about 20 people, which was great - although the headsets meant you didn't have to be too close to the guide so it wouldn't have been impossible with a larger group.

Cool turquoise water, flower beds, and lush greenery make the Generalife a beautiful sight. You will also get to spend some time in the Dehesa of Generalife, a vast green expanse offering incredible scenic views of the surroundings.

The noble living quarters of the Nasrid Palaces

Located in the heart of the Alhambra are the Nasrid Palaces, residence of former sultans and kings. You will also get to visit the Palace of Charles V, built by the Holy Roman Emperor in Alhambra for the poignant significance of being a Muslim fortress that was conquered by his own Christian grandparents.
