The attraction itself was magnificent, well organised with ample toilets and water fountains. Despite the crowds it has a peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend the attraction and your service.

There is an abundance of staff around the premises to offer assistance and information and they are all very friendly. There is also clear signage indicating where to go (and where not to go) and they are designed in a style that matches the architecture of the place (no ugly signs ruining any photos from Alhambra ;) ) And, of course, the architecture of the place and the unbelievable view from up there are breathtaking!

The Alhambra was spectacular. We really enjoyed all the different areas of the grounds and the various buildings. There are some stunning, peaceful gardens with beautiful water features and then our favourites, the Nazrin Palaces - full of intricate patterns; carvings and tiles everywhere you look. Lots of wow moments to experience as you walk round. It was not too busy, despite being peak Summer and the ticketing experience was smooth and effortless.

Sehr lohnenswerter Besuch der Alhambra. Eine interessante und schöne Kulturstätte. Das Skip-the-line hat leider nicht geklappt. Trotz korrektem Zeitfenster musste man in der Schlange 15min anstehen.

At the beginning there were an incredible number of guided groups around us, which didn't add to the magic of the place. There were simply too many people and groups! That's why we couldn't really enjoy this great place.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and bring along sunscreen for this experience.

What's not allowed

Shutterbugs take note: selfie sticks and flash photography are strictly prohibited.
Leave your furry friends behind, this experience does not allow pets.
Do not carry luggage or large backpacks with you, there are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible and baby strollers are prohibited at the Palace.
When booking your Granada City Card, you must choose the date and the time of your visit to Alhambra. Your card will be activated 5 consecutive days prior to your visit to Alhambra.
