I could have spent all day on the observation deck. This experience was amazingly breathtaking. The only downside was when trying to leave. The line to exit was wrapped around twice with no clear beginning or end. There were so many people you really could not move. In the event of an emergency, it could have ended poorly. Establishing a better exit strategy will make this experience even more magical than it already was.

The access point was not clearly marked, lines to go up and down were too long, and the observation deck too crowded to enjoy. This is a recipe for sowing bad behavior among customers, and we saw that, too. We will not come back or recommend this activity to anyone else.

Save time and money with this interesting combo of the American Museum of Natural History and Edge Observation Deck to enjoy science, history, and evolution, along with an aerial view of the city.
