I was taken aback by the initial amount of people lining up for the tour, but it was very well organized. Once in the canyon it didn't feel crowded at all. Lots of time for pictures. Everybody was very kind and respectful and the guides & staff very competent, friendly and funny.

Guide was spectacular. Even handled a pain in the rear visitor that was unbelievable disrespectful from the bieginning to end.

The views and tour guide were awesome! Our tickets were a problem. Our tickets said 11:30 and to show up 30 minutes prior. The tour couldn't find our tickets for the 11:30 time slot. They found them under the 12:00 time slot.
