What's not allowed

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Keep in mind food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Strict dress code: Guests are allowed to wear one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.

• Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Aquaventure Waterpark.

• Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.

• Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.

Accessibility

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, and cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages, etc) or contagious diseases are restricted from participating in this experience.

• Ride Restrictions:

• Trident Tower: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 meters (48”) tall to ride.

• Vortex and Immortal Falls: Recommended for strong swimmers only.

• Tower of Neptune: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 meters (48”) tall to ride.

• Tower of Poseidon: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 meters (48”) tall to ride Poseidon’s Revenge and Slitherine.

• Zoomerango and Aquaconda: All riders must be a minimum of 1.07 meters (42’’). Children from 1.07 meters (42’’) to 1.2 meters (48’’) are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Lifejackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.

• Lifejackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.

The Lost Chambers Aquarium

• Guests under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for In the Marine Animal Experiences, while guests under 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult for the Fish Tales Tour.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
