As the dolphins come to meet you right to the edge of the pool, you have no need to enter into the water. Thus, it is easy for people of all ages to enjoy a face-to-face encounter with these remarkable creatures. Make sure you visit the behind-the-scenes of Dolphin Bay and learn how the marine mammals are cared for.
If you have opted for the Dolphin Dip & Play, you are up for a personal and unforgettable shallow-water encounter with the adorable dolphins. Wade into waist-high water and watch as the dolphins show off their skills. The experience is suitable for all ages, as well as for non-swimmers.

The experiences are suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18 and above). A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.

If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the Dolphin Meet & Greet experience.

You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English.

For the safety of the animals, you should not wear any jewelry or other loose articles during the experience. You should only touch the animals under the direction of the dolphin trainer.

Observers are allowed for the Dolphin Dip & Play experience; however, it is on Add-On basis and guests are not allowed to enter the water.

The Dolphin Dip & Play experience includes 15 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the water.

The Dolphin Dip & Play experience is limited to 8 guests per dolphin.

You must not fly or go beyond 300 meters or 1,000 feet for at least 12 hours after diving.

The Dolphin Dip & Play experience is not suitable for pregnant women and guests who have any severe medical conditions unless approved and prescribed by a doctor.
