If you have lost or found any items at the ArtScience Museum in Singapore, you can approach the Visitor Experience Info Desk staff for assistance. The desk is located on Level 1 of the museum, and they will be able to help you with your queries.
There is a complimentary baggage/ luggage storage service available at the museum. You can go to the Visitor Experience Information Counter on Level 1 of the museum.
Baby changing facilities are available at the museum. They are located next to the washrooms on B1 and B2.
If you require a wheelchair during your visit to the ArtScience Museum in Singapore, you can request a manual wheelchair free-of-charge at the Visitor Experience Information Counter on Level 1.
The museum is wheelchair-friendly, with automated doors and all levels accessible by lift. All walk-through spaces in the galleries are at least 1.2 meters in width. Wheelchair-friendly washrooms are also located on every floor.
