Looking for a small group guided tour in English that included the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting. She provided lots of details and happily answered questions. Her pace was good and she looked out for the group as a whole. Even though it is clearly stated on the website, this tour is not for folks who need a cane to walk or have knee or hip problems. There is a good bit of uphill walking as well as steep stairs. The surfaces are uneven and slippery in places. To ascend the Acropolis in the heat with crowds of people is not for the faint of heart.

Everything was very well organized in terms of time and access. The guide was very pleasant and told us everything with interest and passion. There was time to admire the works and time for photos. We had a decidedly inspiring morning. The audio from the headphones was not perfect so some words were lost at times, however without compromising the storytelling.

The guide is great, but perhaps she could speak a little more slowly. The visit to the museum was a bit of a rush. We didn't visit the basement where the "caves" are. Otherwise, she's a great person and very knowledgeable. The agency is great. I was 5 minutes late and they took me to where the guide was. Thank you!

Due to Greek Orthodox Good Friday observances, archaeological sites will have adjusted opening hours. Specifically, on Good Friday (3rd May 2024), sites will be open from noon until 6:00 pm. Orthodox Holy Saturday (4th May 2024) hours will be from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
