Very interesting tour, our guide Tomasz was great, knowledgeable and also funny, I would recommend the tour. It is warm in the mine, so no need for lot of layers of clothing

Mike was an amazing driver pointing out interests areas of Kracow before the mine. The mine is so beautiful our guide was incredibly passionate about the mine. Definitely worth the walk down the 800 steps

Loved the shooting experience it was excellent. Felt the driver was very rushed and the whole experience we were only away for an hour and 20 minutes but did enjoy it

Everything was perfect. We were picked up on time. I advise you to be there 15 minutes before as mentioned because we don't wait for latecomers which is normal. The guide on the bus was friendly but spoke far too fast in English. On site, our French-speaking guide was perfect. The timetable was respected, but the person accompanying the bus should speak more slowly.

Very very hard to hear tour guide with headsets very bad quality, the tour was fantastic, the transfers was brilliant our driver was brilliant and very good at his job
