Overall it was a good time pass but it was a little more crowded than I thought. Children shouting and people talking in loud voice really disturbed our experience. Also, every room was depicting some message. A guide or notes would be nice to understand what's going on. Loved the overall ambiance and the works.

Experience itself was fantastic. Ticket service with headout though, was not. When buying, NOWHERE is mentioned that it takes up to 30 mins to get your tickets. So we were 5 mins away from the AYA entrance and had to wait for over 30 minutes (because yes, even after 30 mins the tickets dis not arrive) to enter. Also, the support chat was unreachbale, i did not receive any answer. Also no reply by mail. After I think 40 minutes we received our tickets. So this was a very very bad experience with bullshit customer service

It was an unforgettable experience. Starting from the easy access and the friendly team there then the shows at each hall was amazing especially at Luna hall . I loved the idea of the Aya universe special passport .

There's so many cool indoor things to do during summer in UAE, and AYA universe is one in the top list. The experience was of 2-3hrs, went with my family and it was AMAZING! Headout made it easier to book the tickets and the confirmation was received pretty much quickly.

Located in Wafi City Mall, AYA Universe spans 40,000 square feet and features 12 distinct zones – Aurora, The Source, Drift, Outland, the Pool, the River, the Falls, Celestia, Flora, Tides, Luna, and Harmonia, each based on a unique theme, providing dynamic experiences that transport you to different cosmos. Experience the power of gesture control at Aurora, where your movements create vibrant artwork. Explore the mystical chamber of The Source, and witness a stunning display of colorful LED pools. Take a stroll in the lush green landscape of Drift and travel through the river in The Pool.

A blend of innovative technology and creativity

Step into the realm of Outland, where you will encounter new characters and avatars, gaze at the stars in Cosmos, and walk through the bioluminescent garden at Flora. The mirrored chamber of Tides is a mesmerizing experience, adorned with LED totems and a monolith in the center. The finale zone, Harmonia, will leave you in awe, with its 3-min robotic light show in a mirrored infinity space.
