I enjoyed it but would have enjoyed it more if I had of got to see some of the light show from the river, there were big groups that got on to 3 different boats before our queue got on to a boat, if they hadn't of been there then we could have seen the light show. Enjoyed the pre-recorded commentary and the views nonetheless.

The queue moved rapidly and I was able board at the time that was most desirable for me. Good views from most seats on the boat. Friendly staff. PS: even if you go through the trouble of buying an e-ticket, you still have to have it scanned and exchanged for a paper one at the ticket office!

It was a fantastic experience!! I rode a boat at 19:40, so I could see beautiful light up view and lazerbeam fountain show from the boat. If you booked this, you should go to the ticket office in advance and show your QR a staff then you get a peper ticket. You can't take a boat only QR.
