Everything was well organized. It was a pity that 8 days before they sent us a message informing us that there was no guide in Spanish. They offered us our money back or to do it in English with a discount. When a service is offered it would be nice if it was fulfilled since the reservation was made more than a month in advance.

The tour was really good! First of all the bus was on time and our guide (Jagoda) was very good in all aspects. Highly recommend the tour!!! The only thing I didn't like was that I had to write several times to Headout to get the tickets sent to me.

The tour itself was very informative and well-organized. The guide was knowledgeable and respectful of the sensitive history. However, the tour was rescheduled from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, which was quite inconvenient as it disrupted my plans for the day. Another issue was that the guide on the bus only spoke in English, even though it was an Italian tour. While I personally understood, many people on the tour couldn't follow along. Despite these setbacks, the experience was impactful and a deeply important reminder of history

We had booked a tour for 9h30am. But one day before thr tour I received a text message saying that our tour time had been changed due to unforeseen circumstances and we had to meet the bus at 5h40am! Of course this was pretty distressing as it meant me had to get up extremely early for the tour, and were very tired for the tour and the rest of that day.
