Our guide was just amazing. She paced the information appropriately. She was just amazing but also so sensitive to the information she was delivering. Well done.

There were many times when I was unsure of what was going to happen. For example, in the early morning at the bus stop other buses arrived and we were unsure which one was ours. The guide referring to us going to the "Auschwitz museum" which made it seem as if we were going to somekind of museum and not the place itself. My ticket also said Polish language for some reason when I booked a tour in English. In the end yes it was in English but this was quite confusing. Additionally when we got to the venue I wasn't allowed my bag which had food and water inside. Lastly, no free time was allocated to go around and take pictures which would have been nice, even 5 minutes.

The guide was very knowledgeable, spoke from the heart and compassionate towards the story. Was a moving day and very worthwhile. A lot of waiting around in the morning but once you got going it was worth it. I was a bit worried as I thought why should there be money made from this but the guide said survivors wanted our story to be told or people would have suffered or died in vain. This gave me some peace x

A break originally announced as 20 minutes was shortened to 10 minutes - not enough time to visit the toilet, get a snack and eat it. And why is a packed lunch offered if there is no time or opportunity to eat it? The tour guide was rude in his tone and clumsy in his communication. He clearly showed that he was only interested in keeping to a predetermined time frame and that he had no interest in responding to the needs of the participants. He probably received no tips from anyone. And he created such a bad atmosphere that he did not encourage us to take part in further Headout tours. Headout should organize the tours in such a way that a lunch break of at least 20 minutes is possible and oblige its tour guides to make this break possible. . Apart from that, the tour was well organized.

Very good despite a very early start time of 6am, which stings, but super very pleasant and the visit to the camps went well too.
