The park is wheelchair, and pram/stroller accessible, and both are available on rent.

Performances may change due to schedules, weather, or animal welfare concerns, which are the park's top priority.
Operating hours: Night Safari – 6pm to 9pm, last walking safari at 7:15pm, Jungle Hopper Legend and Jungle Hopper: 9am to 5pm.
Jungle Hopper is available Mon-Fri, whereas Jungle Hopper Legend is only available on Sat and Sun.
Adults must accompany children at all times.
Your driver will wait for 30 minutes to pick you up from your hotel.
Pickup time for Night Safari: 3pm to 4pm.
Jungle Hopper Legend and Jungle Hopper pick-up time: 9:30am to 10am.
