Even though in the ticket inclusions it was mentioned that we had "feeding elephant", we had to pay 100.000 rp to feed them.

Great experience, loved the elephants and elephant riding and got to feed the lions. Photos overpriced and a bit cheeky as not all included! Zoo small but pretty. Fun morning out

We had a lovely time at the zoo. Unfortunately I got sick & had to leave to go to the hospital. The staff at the zoo were amazing & we were able to reschedule our elephant ride & zoo tour. It was an amazing experience & a great day out with lots of animal interaction.

Veri our driver was amazing 🤩 the zoo and elephant ride was just as great. I was a little upset the I orangutans were not with/around us but still loved seeing them

An immersive wildlife experience in a sprawling 12+ hectares zoo that houses more than 600 animals, birds, and reptiles from across the world.

Breakfast with Orangutans: Enjoy a delicious open-air breakfast at Gayo Restaurant while playful orangutans swing and get up to fun antics nearby.

Elephant Adventures: Embark on a 20-minute ride on a Sumatran elephant, exploring lush jungle paths from a unique vantage point, or get up close and personal with these gentle giants—bathe, splash, and coat them in cooling mud for a playful experience.

Live shows and handling animals: Watch birds of prey replicate their hunting expedition and animals put on a show for their favorite treats. You can also handle (harmless) snakes and other friendly animals that are ‘ambassadors’ of the zoo!
