I loved the Palau de la Música Catalana, it is a dream place, a wonderful building. However, the staff on duty was quite unfriendly. The girls who were on both sides of the stairs, the one who was checking in did not inform me of the activation code of the audio guide, and spoke to me in English all the time while I did it in Spanish (inconsistencies), and on the other hand, regarding the girl on the stairs at the exit, I went to ask where to enter the tour and she did not give me the code to activate the audio guide, I went to ask where to enter the tour and she told me "at the back, behind the stairs", I ended up in the cafeteria, when the reality was that the entrance was next to her, and instead of helping, she hindered my visit and made me get lost in the building even more. It shows a lack of empathy and, of course, little desire to be public facing and to help people. I had to ask him again and with a bad face he didn't even know how to answer. Bad experience with the staff working there.View original review in SpanishPrevost

The welcome was great, but we were expecting a guide rather than an audio-guide. The person helped us install your site on one of our phones, but it wasn't easy with two people, so we abandoned the audio guide and visited the Palau at our own pace. We would have preferred to have someone to guide us. That said, we really enjoyed the place!View original review in French
