There was no person at the ticket booth but we had already purchased our tickets and were ok to go on board. We enjoyed the trip on the bateau bus, however, like many other tourists we missed the lack of toilets on board the ships.

I liked the boat, but not so much that there was no "guided tour"... nothing was said about the buildings and special places :(

This was a nice way to see Paris' main attractions. We really enjoyed the flexibility of being able to hop on and off so close to so many key attractions. The frequency that the boat comes is great. I wouldn't say the view is the best of every attraction while on the boat, but that's why it's good you can simply hop off and go see the extractions close up. For the price I'd say it's good value for money, a great way to spend the day

The experience was amazing. The concept of Hop-On and Hop off was too good.
One suggestion for improvement -
. Please send the actual ticket to email for the one who does online purchase, instead of collecting the tickets near to the boarding centre by standing in the big queue again.

Good option to go with the family and avoid walking with a good view going to the tourist spots. The problem was the delivery of entry because they requested a QR that the app did not generate, and there is no self-guide.
