Ticketing online was easy. The cruise was great! I loved that all the seats were outward-facing so you (almost) never had to look over people. We did the dusk cruise in March and got the best of both worlds by seeing Paris in the daylight and lit up in the dark, too. Would have loved a bit more info on the bridges and a bit more time to take pics (Pont Alexandre, especially), but overall, would definitely do again!Demetrios

It is very easy to purchase the ticket and the buses and the sercice in general are excellent. To my opinion, the only disadvantage is that there are no toilets in the Saint Denis station.
