I rated the experience good not Headout. Very disappointed at your Ts and Cs,not customer friendly at and shows a total disregard for people not very good on the keyboard. I booked the wrong date and immediatly noticed it!! I was not even in the Country at the time I booked the wrong date. I tried to change it immediatly and was told I couldnt.OK you gave me a discount on another booking but the total cost me a lot of money. I spoke to somebody on the phone but she wouldnt or couldnt help me. Definitly wont be using Headout again or recommending to anybody else.

There was no waiting time, but we were there at a time when it is probably generally not very busy. The fast-view ticket would not have been necessary. The welcome at the entrance was very friendly. To even get to the elevator you had to pass a security check, similar to the one at the airport. The elevator has a glass roof, so you could also see how such an elevator works. Once on the viewing platform, you could enjoy the view over Berlin. There were few other visitors. The various sights were marked on display boards so that you could easily find them in the original. Unfortunately, Berlin is relatively poorly lit in the evening. Some sights were too far away and could not be seen because of the darkness. Nevertheless, it was a very nice experience. Next time we will come back just before dusk.

The DDR museum is an interesting place to visit if you would like to find out what life was like during that time. There are interactive displays and films to watch. The tickets were easy to display on my phone. Just make sure you have one loaded for each member of your party as you need to scan them and enter through a turnstile one at a time.

From ordering tickets online to visiting the tower, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The view was really great, but we also had perfect weather. Next time we want to go there again at night.
