Beautiful facility, lovely area and art. We had a great day. It was disappointing in that a large part of the site was closed for repairs and this was not mentioned when other ticket was sold. We felt we received a short end of the stick. Is there a way to receive a partial refund?

I did not like the face that the building was under renovation ( the facade was entirely covered ) and tris was not mentioned at the moment I bought the entrance tickets and also the upper view point was entirely closed by windows .
