How does a customer deal with medical emergencies during the Hysteria experience?

Most of the staff at Hysteria is trained in first-aid and are also basic life-support qualified. If at any point a guest feels uneasy or uncomfortable during the experience, they should alert the staff member closest to them and they’ll immediately get help. Guests are also monitored via security cameras and the staff will come in to help if they notice anything unusual.

What does the customer do in case he/she wishes to forfeit from the Hysteria experience at any point?

Hysteria is extremely scary and if a guest feels like they can’t go on any further in the experience, they just need to stay in their place, raise their arms in the nearest camera’s direction and shout “Exit!”. Immediately, one of the staff members will enter the house and comfortably escort the guest outside.

How long does the Hysteria experience take?

Hysteria is unique in that there is no fixed timing for the experience. Guests are welcome to stay and explore all 15 rooms in the house for as long as they can.
